Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Project Initiation & Advance Payments

Initial advance deposits secure engineering resources and sprint scheduling. Prior to the delivery of the Discovery Blueprint and initial Design Mockups, cancellations may receive a partial refund minus consultation hours expended.

2. Milestone-Based Approvals

Each milestone (Design approval, Staging deployment, Custom software completion) requires formal client sign-off. Once a milestone is approved, payments allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.

3. Recurring Services & Ad Spend

Fees for digital marketing, paid advertising spend (Meta/Google Ads), and third-party API costs (WhatsApp Cloud API, cloud servers) are non-refundable once deployed to third-party networks.
