1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging AD's Digital Business Solutions for web development, software engineering, marketing, or automation services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Deliverables & Milestones
All projects proceed in defined stages (Discover, Design, Build, Launch). Specific project deliverables, milestone dates, and payment schedules are established in the approved Scope of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final settlement of project fees, full intellectual property rights, source code, design assets, and database structures are transferred to the client without recurring licensing fees.
4. Warranties & Maintenance
AD's provides a complimentary 30-day post-launch bug fixing warranty on all custom software and web builds. Continued maintenance is supported under our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
